Keep it healthy, month after month

For clinics, studios and appointment-based businesses with systems that are live: one monthly retainer covers hosting, upkeep, fixes and an insights report.

Typical timeline: monthly, after launch

For businesses that rely on what they have built

1.

Your systems are live and you rely on them

When bookings and billing depend on it, someone needs to keep it updated and secure.

2.

You don’t want to manage hosting or updates

You run a clinic or a studio, not a server. We look after the technical upkeep in the background.

3.

You want to see how the business is doing

A monthly report turns your data into what changed and what to do next.

What you get at Run

  • Canadian data residency

Your data is kept in Canada by default.

  • Server and security updates

Updates applied and everything watched, so small issues don’t become outages.

  • Fixes to what we built

When something we built breaks, you tell us and we take care of it. You deal with the team that built it, not a call centre.

  • A monthly insights report

A short, plain report on bookings, attendance and what to improve next.

  • A direct line to the team

You work with the team that built your system, every month.

  • Your data and code stay yours

If you ever move on, you take your data and the code built for you with you.

A system you rely on needs someone looking after it.

Run covers hosting and upkeep. Changes to your website and new features are quoted separately, so you always know what you’re paying for.

Example

Monthly upkeep and an insights report

Picture a studio whose website, booking and billing tools are live. Each month we update and watch over everything, fix what breaks and send a short report on bookings, attendance and what to improve next. The owner reads one page instead of checking several tools.

  • Hosting and updates handled for you
  • Fixes when something breaks
  • A monthly report with what to do next

Questions about Run

What does Run include?

For what we built, Run includes hosting, upkeep, fixes and a monthly insights report. New tools, new features and changes to your website are separate work, quoted and agreed with you first.

Can you look after a site you didn’t build?

Yes, for a site you move over to us, such as a WordPress site. Run covers its hosting, server and security updates, backups and monitoring. The site itself, its theme, plugins and content, stays yours, and changes or new features are quoted separately.

Do I have to take Run?

No. Run is for people who want their systems looked after. Everything built for you is yours, so you can also look after it yourself or ask someone else to.

Where is my data kept?

Your data is kept in Canada by default. How we handle data is described on the How we handle data page.
