Working together
What does it cost?
Every project is quoted for your business, so you see a real number before you commit. The first call is free, and nothing starts until you accept the quote.
Do I need a Digital Health Check?
It is optional. We recommend it when the starting point isn’t clear: a structured review that ends in a roadmap, priced for your business. When the job is clearly scoped, such as a website, the call can lead straight to a quote.
How long does it take?
It depends on the stage: about 1–2 weeks for the Digital Health Check, 3–6 for Foundation, 4–10 for Operate and 6–12 for Intelligence, and Run is monthly. Your written quote confirms the timeline for your project.
How big a business do you work with?
Any size, from one practitioner working alone to a business with several sites. Every project is scoped and quoted to fit the business.
Do you work with clients outside Canada?
Clients anywhere, the United States included, are welcome.
Your data and your software
Do you replace my practice software?
That depends on the tool. We connect the tools that work, and where they can’t do the job, we build what fits, up to a platform made for your business. For clinics, charting, insurance billing and patient records stay in the practice software.
Who owns my data and the code?
You do. You own your data and the code built for you, and you can take both with you if you ever move on.
