Questions about the Health Check
What happens on the free call?
It is a 30-minute call on Google Meet. You tell us how your clinic or studio runs and what is slowing it down, and we tell you honestly whether we can help. There is no obligation.
Do I need a Health Check?
Not always. It is optional, and we recommend it when the starting point isn’t clear. When the job is clearly scoped, such as a website, we can quote it straight from the call.
Is the Digital Health Check free?
The call is free. The Digital Health Check is paid work, priced for your business and agreed before anything starts, so we never begin it without that agreement.
Do I need to switch my practice software?
No. The Health Check looks at the tools you already use, including your practice software. We connect what works and, where a tool can’t do the job, build what fits. Charting, insurance billing and patient records stay in your practice software.
How long does it take?
Usually one to two weeks from the end of the call to the walkthrough, depending on how many tools you use and how quickly we can see them.
